Episode begins with Isha says that she knew Mahesh and he troubled her one day. Kaashvi tells Isha that they found Arjun’s sherwani and perfume in Mahesh’s house. She says that Mahesh is Isha’s culprit but he framed Arjun. Mahesh says that he did nothing like that. Isha feels bad for misunderstanding Arjun. Mahesh says that he went to help Isha on Aditya’s behest. Kaashvi asks him that what is he saying. He tells her that Aditya told him that Isha is not safe so he should help her.
Aditya tells Mahesh to stop lying. He asks why he will send Mahesh when he is capable enough to help Isha. He slaps Mahesh and scolds Mahesh for accusing him. Kaashvi asks Aditya that why Mahesh will try to frame the latter. Aditya asks Kaashvi that whether the latter trust Mahesh over him. She nods at him. He asks her to stop it. He says that he shared with Mahesh that Kaashvi is doubting him and Mahesh is taking advantage of that.
Mahesh promises on his unborn child that he did nothing. Vandhana says that she has proof. She shows Mahesh’s wrist to everyone. Mahesh says that this scratch happened because of Vandhana. He asks Vandhana that why she is lying. She asks why she will lie. Kaashvi asks them to stop it. She asks that Arjun is innocent so how DNA report got matched. Aditya says that they will get answer for that in forensic lab. They leaves from there.
On the other hand, Shanti tells thanks to Doctor for saving her and her unborn child. She wonders where is Mahesh now. She calls Mahesh but no response from other side. She gets worried about Mahesh and asks God to save Mahesh.
Aditya asks Dr Mathur to tell the truth. Dr Mathur says that he know nothing. Vandhana says that Mahesh said lab assistant is his friend. Lab assistant says that he don’t know Mahesh. Kaashvi slaps lab assistant and threatens him. Lab assistant accepts that he know Mahesh. He reveals that Mahesh gave Shanti’s jewel to change Isha’s report.
Aditya slaps Mahesh. He says that he never thought Mahesh will turn out like this. Mahesh says that he don’t know lab assistant. Aditya asks Mahesh that whether everyone is lying. He says that Mahesh should have thought about Shanti atleast before doing all this. Kaashvi tells Dr Mathur do DNA test of Mahesh. Dr Mathur says that they will get report tomorrow. Police takes Mahesh and Vandhana from there.
Later, Shanti reaches the police station to give missing complain of Mahesh. She sees police beating Mahesh up. Mahesh asks her to not worry and take care of her and their child. She asks him that whether he did anything wrong. He tells her that he is getting framed. He claims that he is innocent.

Precap – Dr Mathur gives DNA report to Kaashvi. Shanti asks Police inspector to let her meet Mahesh. Everyone gets shocked seeing Mahesh.
