The episode starts with Sumitra mocking Poonam. Sumitra later shares her plan with Poonam and says today she is going to kill Raj. Sumitra says once the candles for Kuhu’s birthday are lit Raj will die. Sumitra mocks Poonam and leaves from there.
Poonam sees Sumitra leaving. Poonam takes the key that she hid and opens the hand cuffs. It is shown Poonam steals the key when the nurse is distracted. Poonam thinks today Sumitra reacted exactly like she expected. Poonam thinks it is time to expose Sumitra.
Sumitra puts poison drops in a cool drink glass and marks it with a red marker.
Kuhu blows the candles. Sumitra says there will be no restrictions on food for anyone today. Sumitra offers the red marked glass cool drink to Raj. Raj drinks it and nothing happens to him. Sumitra later notices a red colour marked cool drink in Shreyas hands and tries to stop him from drinking it but Shreyas still drinks it. Sumitra later notices that there is a red colour marked cool drink in every family members hand. Poonam comes infront oh Sumitra and tries to make Sumitra drink the cool drink but she doesn’t drink it. Sumitra later complaints to Raj and other family members that Poonam is here. Raj says Poonam is in the hospital. Sumitra calls the nurse and asks the nurse to show Poonam on video call. The nurse shows Poonam on video call. Sumitra gets shocked seeing Poonam in the hospital. Raj asks Sumitra to stop thinking too much.
Poonam calls Sumitra and says to Sumitra that she is keeping an eye on her even without being there and mocks her.
The next day, Poonam messages Sumitra that today she is going to bring a small proof infront of everyone. Sumitra worries seeing the message.
Poonam and Netra are shown to be in clown costume. Poonam says to Netra that they should find evidence against Sumitra in this house and says they have to find the connection between Russian doll and Sumitra.
After the cake cutting, everyone plays a game of dancing on charts as pairs. Poonam pairs up with Raj and they win the competition. Kuhu hugs Poonam and thanks her for making her dad win the competition. Poonam and Sumitra look at each other.
