The episode starts with Swara informing the family members about Rahul’s accident, which shocks everyone. She also tells Manoj that Ajanta informed her via a phone call. Tanvi’s health condition worsens hearing the news. The entire family rushes to the hospital. Meanwhile, Mauli in the operation theatre gets worried seeing Rahul’s state. Outside the treatment room, Ajanta prays to God for Rahul’s recovery.
The Agrewal family comes to the hospital. Ajanta shares with them how Rahul got into this accident. Also, Mauli is treating Rahul. Tanvi breaks down. Vijay tells Manoj that he is upset with the latter, but he pleads with Manoj to save Rahul. Manoj assures him that he goes inside the surgery room. Mauli gets emotional seeing Manoj, but the latter advises her. They both perform the surgery of Rahul. Meanwhile, Janki maa tells the family members that they should pray to God. Everyone agrees, and they all take part in the puja with teary-eyed.
Later, both Mauli and Manoj shift Rahul to another room. Mauli gets worried seeing Rahul’s state, but Manoj assures her. He decides to speak with his colleague so he leaves from there. Mauli sits beside Rahul. She tells him it’s not only him, but she also makes a promise to be by his side forever. She further tells him that she lost her parents. But she won’t let God snatch him from her. She then confesses to an unconscious Rahul that she loves him. Rahul gains his consciousness. Mauli gets relieved. She then worries that Rahul might have heard his confession, so she makes up an excuse to leave, but Rahul stops her. He then pleads with Mauli to tell him whether what he heard is true or not. He further stops her from leaving. Mauli confesses again that she loves him. Rahul also confesses that he loves her too, which makes Mauli emotional. She hugs him. It’s all turns out to be Mauli’s imagination. Just then, the entire family arrives there. Tanvi inquires with Rahul about his health condition. Rahul assures her and his entire family that he is fine. He also teases them all. Mauli leaves the place. Ajanta tries to enter, but Manoj stops her.
Here, Jyoti comes to meet Mauli, who is outside. She praises Mauli. She also tells her that she heard Mauli’s love confession for Rahul. But Mauli tries to give an excuse, but Jyoti requests her not to deny her feelings for Rahul. Meanwhile, Swara shows her support to Ajanta. Ajanta gets emotional. They both share a hug. In the hospital, Mauli wonders whether Rahul has feelings for her or not. Jyoti reminds Mauli the entire time Rahul was with her and tells Rahul to love her too. Mauli gets worried, thinking her feelings for Rahul are wrong. But Jyoti explains to her that there is nothing wrong with it. She also advises Mauli. Mauli gets happy. She hopes Rahul has feelings for her, too.
The next day, Samay shares his idea with his family to welcome Rahul as it’s an occasion of Lord Ram’s birthday too. Everyone agrees. Rahul gets upset when Rohit informs him that their family members have already gone to the house. Rahul complains to Rohit about his family. He then gets surprised when his family members warmly welcome him inside the house. Jyoti prays for Mauli and Rahul’s union.
