On being asked why he enjoys it he says, “There is something new to learn every day. It involves lot of practise It requires mental concentration as well. The calories are burnt differently as it involves kicking and teaches self-defense too. One can do it in open space and even at home or any open space. Kick boxing thrice to four times a week I do and it keeps me fit in every sense of the word. Kickboxing indirectly helping me in maintaining a lean look too”.
